Sten de Schrijver came to visit EVE lab during the summer of 2024, as part of rotations during his MSc studies at the Medizinische Hochschule Hannover, where he also spent time with other ENPEN labs!

Sten worked on Echovirus 11 and Enteroviruses more generally, and spent his time in the EVE lab learning how to create Nextstrain builds for E11.

Sten is now a PhD student at the Robert Koch Institute!
